Overview

Mr. Limés-Rodríguez joined Delgado & Fernández, LLC in 2024. He represents clients in commercial and employment litigation, in both state and federal courts.

Mr. Limés-Rodríguez has an extensive background in employment and labor litigation, with an outstanding dispositive motion record and a highly successful appellate practice. He has experience in defending against multi-plaintiff cases and against multi-million-dollar claims. Further, Mr. Limés-Rodríguez has been successful in complex and novel cases, winning important and decisive judgments for his clients before administrative agencies and trial courts, and subsequent appeals.

Prior to joining Delgado & Fernández, LLC, Mr. Limés-Rodríguez worked at Schuster LLC, member of Littler Global, as an Associate. During Law School, Mr. Limés Rodríguez excelled in moot court competitions and was an Editor for the University of Puerto Rico Law Review. Mr. Limés-Rodríguez has been published on various topics ranging from social psychology to international trade law.

Mr. Limés-Rodríguez is also a Notary Public.
