Diana M. Ruiz-Hernández Confirmed as Property Registrar

We are pleased to announce that Diana M. Ruiz-Hernández, formerly Senior Counsel at Delgado & Fernández, LLC, has been appointed by the Governor of Puerto Rico and confirmed by the Senate as the new Property Registrar. Her extensive legal expertise and dedication to the field make her a valuable addition to this crucial role. 

Mrs. Ruiz-Hernández more than 30 years experience in mortgage closing matters in Puerto Rico.  She has resolved complex legal issues for residential closing cases referred by Puerto Rico’s largest mortgage banks.  She is experienced in analyzing and providing legal advice in highly complex real estate financing cases and property registry controversies.
