Overview

Ms. Rodríguez-Guzmán joined Delgado & Fernández, LLC in 2023. She represents clients in commercial litigation and appeals in Puerto Rico courts and administrative agencies.

Ms. Rodríguez-Guzmán has extensive experience as a litigator. During her career, Ms. Rodríguez-Guzmán has represented clients in property claims, medical malpractice claims, commercial litigation. She has also served as a Hearing Officer of the Retirement Board of the Government of Puerto Rico. Ms. Rodríguez-Guzmán has also defended mass tort claims and has represented public utilities in highly technical and complex claims and has also interacted with the Financial Oversight & Management Board and the PROMESA Bankruptcy Court. Prior to joining Delgado & Fernández, LLC in 2022, Ms. Rodríguez-Guzmán worked in two distinguished Puerto Rico law firms, has offered legal seminars and has frequently served as a legal consultant in radio and television news analyst programs.
