Overview

Mrs. Ramos-Vázquez joined Delgado & Fernández, LLC in 2020.  She represents clients in complex commercial litigation in state court, administrative agencies, and arbitration.  Mrs. Ramos-Vázquez has extensive experience in the auto industry advising dealers on a broad range of regulatory matters, product liability, and warranties.

Prior to joining Delgado & Fernández, LLC, Mrs. Ramos-Vázquez worked as in-house counsel for Alberic Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Plymouth, Inc., its affiliates and subsidiaries, and represented the corporations in litigation in a wide range of matters and forums.

Mrs. Ramos-Vázquez served as an Arbitrator in the Appellate Public Commission of Puerto Rico, adjudicating labor and employment disputes.  She is a Notary Public and a Licensed Real Estate Broker.
