Overview

Mrs. Ramos-Vázquez joined Delgado & Fernández, LLC in 2020. She represents clients in complex commercial litigation before state courts, administrative agencies, and arbitration forums, with a particular focus on insurance defense, commercial disputes, and claims-related litigation. Her practice includes advising and representing insurers, insureds, and corporate clients in matters involving coverage issues, liability claims, risk assessment, litigation strategy, and the defense of claims arising from commercial operations.

Mrs. Ramos-Vázquez also has extensive experience in the auto industry, advising dealers on a broad range of regulatory matters, product liability, warranties, and litigation involving industry-specific claims. Prior to joining Delgado & Fernández, LLC, she worked as in-house counsel for a prominent group of car dealerships, where she represented affiliated corporations in litigation across a wide range of matters and forums.

Mrs. Ramos-Vázquez is also a Notary Public and a Licensed Real Estate Broker.
