Overview

Ms. Arnaldy-Figueroa joined Delgado & Fernández, LLC in 2022. She represents clients in labor and employment matters in both state and federal courts, as well as administrative agencies. She defends employers against claims of wrongful dismissal, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other employment-related issues. Ms. Arnaldy-Figueroa also routinely counsels’ clients on day-to-day employment matters and controversies.

Prior to joining Delgado & Fernández, LLC, Ms. Arnaldy-Figueroa worked in litigation at another Puerto Rico firm, where she concentrated on insurance claims and disputes and appellate matters. As part of her appellate practice, she has successfully worked on winning briefs on constitutional law matters submitted before the Puerto Rico Supreme Court. As a law student, Ms. Arnaldy-Figueroa interned as a student clerk with the Hon. Aldo J. González Quesada in the Puerto Rico Court of First Instance, San Juan Part and served as an Associate Editor of the University of Puerto Rico Law Review.
