Ms. Deseda-Belaval joined Delgado & Fernández, LLC in 2013.

Ms. Deseda-Belaval has over a decade of experience defending creditor’s rights in and out of litigation.  She has ample experience in litigating collection and foreclosure cases.  Her practice includes the representation of institutional lenders, investors, funds and business enterprises in diverse matters, including pre-bankruptcy and non-bankruptcy litigation, transactions and debt collection consultation.  Ms. Deseda-Belaval has worked on multiple complex matters relating to lender’s rights through trial and appeal.

Ms. Deseda-Belaval is also a Notary Public.
