Mr. Laffitte is a Senior Associate in the Litigation Department of Delgado Fernández, LLC.

Prior to joining Delgado Fernández, LLC in 2002, Mr. Laffitte worked as Assistant Attorney General of the Justice Department of Puerto Rico, in charge of the following areas: General Litigation Division; Federal Litigation Division; Tax Division; Civil Forfeitures Division; and Eminent Domain Litigation. Mr. Laffitte has more than 30 years of trial experience in the local and federal courts as he has served as lead counsel in dozens of trials in both forums.

The principal areas of practice of Mr. Laffitte include general civil practice, litigation, insurance law, general administrative practice and commercial litigation.

Mr. Laffitte is also a Notary Public.

Mr. Laffitte is fluent in both English and Spanish.
