Ms. Voltaggio-Figueroa is a Senior Associate of the Litigation Department at Delgado Fernández, LLC.

Prior to joining Delgado Fernández, LLC in 2008, Ms. Voltaggio-Figueroa worked as an attorney at the Puerto Rico Department of Justice, where she represented the government of Puerto Rico in the cases involving administrative law, taxation, torts, civil rights, contracts and labor and employment law.

Her principal areas of practice at Delgado Fernández, LLC include labor and employment law. Ms. Voltaggio-Figueroa concentrates her labor practice in the representation of management. She also provides counsel to a variety of organizations in various areas of the employer-employee relationship, including daily preventive counseling on workplace issues, wage and hour practices, employee discipline, reductions in force, medical and other leaves of absence. Ms. Voltaggio-Figueroa also counsels clients in the implementation of federal and local laws and regulations governing the workplace, assisting them with structuring and implementing effective workplace policies and procedures. Ms. Voltaggio-Figueroa also provides litigation defense, including employment discrimination suits, sexual harassment litigation, wage and hour litigation, wrongful discharge and termination cases, employee contracts and benefit dispute.

Ms. Voltaggio-Figueroa is also a Notary Public and a Certified Public Accountant.

Ms. Voltaggio-Figueroa is fluent in both English and Spanish.
